DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon Suffered Collarbone Injury While Filming Upcoming K-Drama “The Golden Spoon”
She will undergo surgery and tests to determine ligament damage.
DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon suffered a collarbone injury while filming on the set of her upcoming K-Drama The Golden Spoon. According to her agency, Chaeyeon fell down the stairs and was rushed to a hospital in Seoul.
Her agency stated that Chaeyeon was “diagnosed with a fractured clavicle and symptoms of a concussion, and received emergency treatment.” Aside from surgery, tests to determine ligament damage will decide if she will need suture surgery.
Based on a webtoon of the same title, The Golden Spoon is about a student born into a low-income family who uses a magical golden spoon to swap fates with a friend born into a wealthy family.
Jung Chaeyeon appears as Na Joo Hee, a chaebol heiress who dreams of experiencing an ordinary life.
The Golden Spoon will premiere on September 23.
