Chris Pine Video Goes Viral Thanks to His Reaction to Hugh Grant Saying He’s Married to James Bond

Chris Pine is going viral on social media this week because of the way he reacted to a comment made by Hugh Grant.

The actors recently did a press junket to promote their upcoming movie Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves and Hugh was asked about his surprise cameo appearance in the new movie Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

When the interview was recorded, Glass Onion hadn’t been released on Netflix yet, but it did have a special one-week engagement in movie theaters. The reporter at Collider started the interview by asking Hugh, “What is it like being married to Benoit Blanc?”

Hugh responded, “Is that out of the can now?” When the reporter confirmed the movie already played in theaters, Hugh confirmed, “It’s true, I’m married to James Bond.”

Chris then looked surprised and said, “Oh f–k man, I didn’t know that.”

Some fans have taken this moment to assume that Chris thinks Hugh might actually be married to Daniel Craig in real life, but if you watch the rest of the interview, you’d know that’s not true.

“Are you credited in the film?” Chris asks Hugh, who responds, “I don’t know. I haven’t seen it.”

Chris then says, “God damnit, Weintraub,” referring to reporter Steve Weintraub who was doing the interview. He clearly was upset about being spoiled for Glass Onion, though Steve assures him that it’s just a minor moment in the movie.
