Apink’s Jung Eunji Addresses Her Member’s Departure From Label

Apink‘s Eunji (also known as Jung Eunji) responded to news of her group members leaving IST Entertainment.

On April 28, IST Entertainment revealed that Apink’s Chorong, Bomi, Namjoo, and Hayoung had left the company.

After careful consideration and discussion with the members ahead of the expiration of the Apink members’ exclusive contracts, Chorong, Bomi, Namjoo, and Hayoung concluded their beautiful 12-year journey with us in late April.

Following the news, Eunji took to a private messaging app where she consoled worried Apink fans, stating that nothing was going to change in light of the news.

Nothing is changing!!! You don’t need to be serious, LOL. We will still be Apink.

In their full statement, IST Entertainment also stated that Apink would stay together as a group.

Regardless of whether they are signed with us or not, Apink has promised to continue their team activities without disbanding. All of the members have a strong will and desire for their group activities. We will consult with the members and cooperate so that we can all protect the group.
