Sofia Vergara Responds to Joe Manganiello’s Divorce Filing & Her Requests to the Court Have Been Revealed

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello‘s breakup was revealed to the world on July 17 and their divorce is moving ahead quickly.

Joe filed for divorce from Sofia and the news of his filing went public on July 19, just two days after they announced their split.

Now, Sofia has officially filed her response to the filing. Her lawyers sent in the response on July 26 and listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.

Joe‘s paperwork noted that they have a prenuptial agreement, and he asked the “court to confirm each of their separate property,” which will include jewelry and earnings as their own. Another ask from Joe was that each of them will pay for their attorney’s fees.

Sofia is basically asking for the same thing. People reports that she wants the prenup to be upheld and for her personal assets to remain her own, including jewelry and artwork. She also is claiming her earnings from before and during the marriage.

It sounds like the divorce proceeding will be fairly easy for them.
