New Lawsuit Accuses Ron Jeremy of ‘Heinous Sexual Acts,’ Sues Bar Where Alleged Assault Took Place

Ron Jeremy‘s alleged misdeeds are at the root of another lawsuit. However, this one is not focused on the 70-year-old adult film star.

Despite being indicted on over 30 sexual assault counts in 2021, Ron will no longer be standing trial himself after he was diagnosed with “incurable neurocognitive decline” earlier this year.

Instead, a new lawsuit that focuses on his misdeeds is suing the venue where they occurred – Rainbow Bar & Grill.

According to legal documents obtained by Deadline, the venue is being sued for “negligence in maintaining a safe environment for their female patrons.”

The bar is said to have “knowingly allowed a sexual predator into their bar time and time again.” Ron is accused of using the space “for committing heinous sexual acts.”

Staff at the bar are said to have been complicit, and the venue was accused of helping to “facilitate Ron Jeremy drugging women’s drinks.”

The women are referred to as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2. Ron allegedly attempted to take inappropriate photos with them in the bathroom before continuing to sexually assault Jane Doe 2.

“At one point, after being in the bathroom for what felt like an eternity, and without any aid, JANE DOE 2 shouted at Ron Jeremy to stop, in hopes that Rainbow Bar staff would hear her cries,” the lawsuit alleges, noting that he “continued to target” the women until they left.

Ron pled not guilty to sexual assault and rape charges in 2020.
