Kevin Cheng, 54, Called A “Good Father” For Not Looking At His Phone While Spending Time With His Son

Who knew the actor could inspire his fans to be better parents?

Hong Kong actor Kevin Cheng may be one of the most in-demand faces in entertainment, but a quick look at his Instagram also tells us he is also big on being a family man too.

The 54-year-old actor was seen in public last Thursday (Nov 16) accompanying his oldest son Rafael at a cha chaan teng while the four-year-old tucked into a bowl of fish ball noodles.

The netizen who snapped the pictures, naturally gushed over Kevin’s good looks and commented that she “met the Eight Prince by chance”, a referrence to the actor’s hugely popular role in 2010’s Scarlet Heart.

Other than cutting a dashing figure, Kevin was also praised for displaying exceptional parenting skills, with some commenting that he is “full of fatherly love” as he not only focused on Rafael having his meal, he also “didn’t look at his phone”.

One even wrote that as a mother she had much to learn as she finds herself just “sitting down and looking at her phone.”

Thanks for the reminder, Kevin!

Kevin believes in quality father-son bonding.
