HK Actor Wong Hei Says Steven Ma Is Lying About Performing With A Bleeding Tongue; “Even 3-Year-Olds Wouldn’t Believe [His Stories]”

A celeb feud we sure didn’t see coming.

Who knew former TVB actor Wong Hei, 56, had major beef with  his ex-colleague Steven Ma, 52?

In a new video titled “If I am Steven Ma’s manager” which Wong Hei shared on his YouTube channel, the Burning Flame star first read out an article about how Steven claimed to have fallen ill after performing for three consecutive nights at his concerts in Hong Kong.

According to the article, Steven, who had a throat infection, said he had an allergic reaction after taking anti-inflammatories, which caused his mouth, windpipe and throat to swell and his mucous membrane to tear.

Steven was apparently so sick, he was sent to the hospital for jabs in the middle of the night.

Despite his worsening condition before his fourth show, Steven still went on with the performance. He said his tongue had started bleeding but he didn’t want to let his fans down.

His crew was also said to be on standby backstage to help stop the bleeding if it gets too serious.

Wong Hei, however, didn’t buy any of that.

“Something happened wor, that could be deadly! Aiyoh, I was so worried,” said Wong Hei sarcastically.

He then insinuated that Steven brought up his illness for attention.

“Is it because someone came to ask you or because you couldn’t get anyone’s attention and no one came to show concern? Or is it because you have nothing for people to care about that’s why you’re sharing this on your own accord?”

Basically, Wong Hei thinks that  — assuming what was written in the article was not exaggerated by the media — Steven was lying about the severity of his condition.

“You can immediately tell he’s lying! He thinks people reading wouldn’t be able to tell. He thinks people would believe him?” said Wong Hei.

Wong Hei also didn’t think Steven’s claim of catching a cold is real. “When you’re walking about on normal days you don’t get an infection but somehow when you have a concert that happens?” he snarked.

On top of that, Wong Hei argued that if Steven’s condition really worsened after consuming the anti-inflammatories, he should have called for a press conference to warn everyone about the medication and the hospital that administered it.

“If there’s really such an anti-inflammatory medicine that would cause such a reaction after consumption, that’s not an allergic reaction, that’s called being poisoned,” he scoffed.

Wong Hei then went on to question why there were no photographs of Steven going in and out of the hospital.

“How could no one took any pictures? If no one snapped pictures, you should have asked your assistant or manager to take some and send to the reporters,” he continued.

In addition, Wong Hei said Steven shouldn’t have to worry about disappointing his fans because he could have just refunded their tickets.

Lastly, Wong Hei also found it unbelievable that if Steven’s condition was really as bad as he claimed, how come no one had noticed he was unwell during his remaining performances.

“Those who were there for the fourth, fifth and sixth show totally didn’t realise Steven Ma was on the brink of death for the past four days. And they said that his staff were on standby to stop his tongue from bleeding. I want to ask all the certified first-aiders, how do you stop a tongue from bleeding? Are we supposed to use an opsite spray?” he challenged.

He then alluded that there was no way Steven could have pulled the concert off given his condition unless he was lip-syncing.

Towards the end of his video, Wong Hei even warned doctors to be careful if they bump into Steven.

“Some adults will make up stories that even three-year-olds wouldn’t believe.”

We guess Wong Hei must really hate Steven.
