i-dle Gets Major Upgrade After Renewing Their Contracts With Cube Entertainment
They are reaping the reward of their hard work.
i-dle (formerly known as (G)I-DLE) seems to have gotten some major upgrades with their full group renewing their contract with Cube Entertainment.

The group is set to appear on the 347th episode of MBC‘s Point of Omniscient Interfere, which will air on May 17, KST. This would mark the group’s first appearance on the show as a full group after their contract renewal.

MBC recently released a teaser of this upcoming episode, cranking up the anticipation of fans by many notches. One of the highlight moments in the video was the mention of the group’s “one manager, one vehicle” system.
As it turns out, now each i-dle member has their own individual manager, and they travel to their schedules in separate vehicles. The teaser also showed brief moments of each member spending their commute in their separate cars differently. While Miyeon was munching on her favorite food during the ride, Yuqi‘s car was almost turned into a mobile karaoke. Shuhua, on the other hand, straight up refused to let any light through the dark window covers. Even from this short peek, it was evident how wise it was for the members to bargain for such an arrangement, allowing them to have personalized support systems in place.
This significant upgrade also hinted that the power dynamic between i-dle and their agency has indeed become equivalent after their successful 7-year stint as one of the leading fourth-generation groups.
Meanwhile, the episode will also give fans the first sneak peek of i-dle’s new song, “Good Thing.” You can watch the teaser right here:
