Irene “Exposes” Herself In A New Video Instead Of Going To Bed

“Can’t sleep, so I’m exposing myself…”

Sometimes when it’s time to go to sleep, your brain says, “No,” even if your body is shouting, “Yes!” So, instead of going to bed, Irene decided to “expose” herself to her fans instead.

The supermodel announced her May 23rd wedding on social media on January 30, 2025, and shared lovely couple photos a month later. In every photo, she kept her fiancé’s face hidden to protect his privacy.

Plenty of planning goes into a wedding, and Irene has been keeping everyone up to date about the process. In her latest Instagram video, Irene shows off her “pre-wedding arm workout” that she has been doing to get in better shape for her wedding. “Can’t sleep so I’m exposing myself,” she wrote in the caption.

Irene is already in amazing shape–she is a professional model, after all!–but she has a very specific goal in mind. “This is my pre-wedding arm workout,” she wrote. “Also I want credit for doing 3 sets of 15, five times a week for the past two months…because my body said “lol no” to muscle mass. Just trying to hold my bouquet without shaking”
