Julian Cheung Helps Mum With Baby Stroller & Luggage On High-Speed Rail, Good Deed Goes Viral
The ever-chivalrous HK star proves once again why he’s everyone’s dream man.
The ever-chivalrous HK star proves once again why he’s everyone’s dream man.
Never let it be said that Hong Kong star Julian Cheung, 53, isn’t a real-life knight in shining armour (well, in this case, a knight in black hoodie and face mask).
A Chinese mother recently took to Xiaohongshu to gush about a mystery man who came to her rescue on the high-speed rail.
Her baby stroller and “ridiculously heavy” luggage had gotten stuck in the carriage, blocking a whole line of passengers.
Just when things were getting awkward, a masked man in black swooped in to help.
Not only did he free her stroller, he lugged everything — yes, stroller and luggage — from the front of the train to the back. Now that’s dedication.
The grateful mum confessed she was so impressed (and, okay, a little smitten by his “handsome” brows and eyes) that she even considered adding the “kind-hearted citizen”, who she thought just happened to resemble Julian Cheung, on WeChat to send a little thank-you ang pow or maybe buy him a drink.
Thankfully she didn’t ‘cos the man lowered his mask and it turned out to be Julian himself.
Cue stunned silence, followed by a lot of screaming inside her head.
Naturally, they snapped photos together. “Handsome and steady — truly the ideal man on earth!” she later posted. “Please continue to be happy with [actress wife] Anita Yuen.”
Once the story went viral, netizens showered Julian with praise, calling him a super nice and sharing their own encounters with him.
As for Julian? Ever the modest star, he downplayed the hype, telling on.cc: “It was just a small effort, something I should do.
So nice, right?
