Will Minnie Driver Return For ‘Emily In Paris’ Season 6? Creator Darren Star Says…

Minnie Driver was a new addition to the cast of Emily In Paris season five.

The 55-year-old actress played Princess Jane, “an old friend of Sylvie’s (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) who married into a royal family,” in a recurring capacity.

While a sixth season has not yet been announced, creator Darren Star is dishing on whether her and her character could return.

“She’s hilarious. I know Minnie Driver personally. I know her work. I’m a big fan of hers,” Darren told Variety. “And so when I developed the character, I just thought she would just be the perfect person to step into those shoes. And I think she just nailed it beyond what I hoped, actually. She just completely got it. I feel like she took what I wrote and took it to the next level.”

As for her returning in a potential sixth season, Darren added, “If we have a Season 6, she’s set to come back.”
