UPDATE: ALL 4 Regions Of KL, Including Cheras, Are Now Covid-19 Red Zones
In the latest update that was released by the Malaysian Ministry of Health over their social media, it has been found that all four regions of Kuala Lumpur have been officially identified as Covid-19 red-zones. Their latest breakdown of cases by state is accurate as of 12 noon yesterday (5th April 2020).
This comes after only four regions of Kuala Lumpur were declared Covid-19 red zones on Saturday (4th April 2020) by the Ministry. As of right now, Cheras, which was previously an orange zone, has been identified as a red zone with the addition of 6 new cases, bringing their total to 44.
In Kuala Lumpur, the highest number of Covid-19 cases is reported in Lembah Pantai (376), followed by Kepong (112), Titiwangsa (90), and Cheras (44).
Covid-19 red zones are identified if the region has reported more than 40 cases of Covid-19.

- Kota Baru (82)
- Petaling (292)
- Kinta (84)
- Seremban (156)
- Johor Baru (139)
- Hilir Perak (65)
- Batu Pahat (47)
- Jerantut (60)
- Kuching (165)
- Tawau (67)
