Ms Puiyi On Transgender Rumours, Dick Pic DMs & Being Jealous Of Her Ex

Podcast “The Fashion Weak” recently finished out their 10th season with a bomb-worthy guest. This time, they took to speaking with the infamous Ms Puiyi (Siew Pui Yi)! Ms Puiyi made waves when she was announced as Penthouse’s January Pet of the Month. In addition to her achievement, she also dropped a new single “Men-Mory” last week.

Well, she’s certainly the hottest stuff in town currently, so radio announcer and Co-Founder of Pestle & Mortar Clothing Arnold Loh joined his partner Lucas Lau to dig deep and find out more about Ms Puiyi.

Ms Puiyi has been pretty transparent about her life. She’s shared how she ended up with her current career, and of course, how she ended up modelling for Penthouse. However, as the saying goes, “still waters run deep”. There’s certainly more lying behind the sexiness and the looks.

Arnold and Lucas both found out several interesting facts about her, but they did need her to clear up some things. Such as, the rumour about her being trans. Apparently, a certain rumour that she was transgender had been floating around. Puiyi herself found it odd and claimed it to be “the stupidest rumour” she’s heard. She firmly stated that she wasn’t trans, much to the amusement of the two hosts. As they pointed out, taking a good look at her nudes in the Penthouse magazine should sort that rumour out quick!

Additionally, Puiyi shared that she received a lot of “eggplant photos” or “dick pics” via her DMs. Both Arnold and Lucas were surprised to hear that Puiyi reads her own DMs, especially since her follower number on Instagram was over 16 million. However, that did mean that Puiyi  has seen her fair share of schlongs.

“So much so that I could really make an exhibition, or like a museum, all over the world,” she said, laughing. “It is that much. I feel like I’ve seen it all at this point.” Puiyi added that she’s more or less immune to dick pics after being exposed to such photos during her six years on Instagram. In fact, she explicitly told guys: “If you want (to), just (whip) it out.” This nude model isn’t afraid of any nudes, it seems.

However, while she’s found freedom in her nudes, it has also restricted her social circle. “It’s hard (to date people),” Puiyi admitted. “Because I can’t go to public places like bars, or clubs or speed dating things anymore.” Fame has certainly changed her life and her dating life is now at a standstill because of it. Puiyi even shared that she got jealous of her ex over it. “I kinda feel unsatisfied by the fact that my ex had a girlfriend already,” she said. “Because like, it’s so easy for him.” They apparently broke up in July 2021, but within the six months of them being separated he had found someone new.

It’s not like Puiyi hasn’t been trying. She has been going on dates and the like. However, she revealed those weren’t helped by dating apps.  “Within 30 minutes, Tinder banned me,” she shared when Arnold asked if she used such apps. Puiyi went on to divulge that dating apps refused to verify and ban her profile. Cons of being famous, we guess! But she added that she’s taking her dating life slow, to properly evaluate her potential future partner.

As for her criteria for guys, she did list out a few. “I need a guy that has strong mental health and has high confidence,” she stated. Puiyi clarified she needs her bf to be resilient, especially with her career. Additionally, she shared that she tends to treat her partners well, especially with lavish gifts. In fact, she would love to be with someone who isn’t connected socially. After all, she’d like to be known as a regular girl. Her breaking point however is guys with bad table manners.

Well, Ms Puiyi has certainly spilled a lot of tea about herself. It’s been helpful in getting to know the real woman behind the nudes and infamy. Right now however, Puiyi’s career seems like it’s about to climb to greater heights. Especially with her involvement in the movie “Pulau”. We look forward to seeing where she’s headed next.
