Priscilla Presley Says ‘Agent Elvis’ Would Have Been A ‘Dream Come True’ For Elvis Presley
Priscilla Presley has made her return to the red carpet!
The 77-year-old actress met up with series creators Mike Arnold and John Eddie at the advance screening for Netflix’s Agent Elvis in Hollywood on Tuesday (March 7).
During the event, Priscilla spoke to THR about the series, which sees an animated Elvis “trade in his white jumpsuit for a jet pack when he is covertly inducted into a secret government spy program to help battle the dark forces that threaten the country.”
Priscilla explained that the project would have been “a dream come true for Elvis because this is really what he wanted to do. He wanted to be a federal agent, and for me, I’ve always wanted to give Elvis what he wanted and never really quite made it.”
“He was a beautiful human being and a very talented human being, and I want kids to see who he really was in this because he really was, he wanted to be an agent. And now he is,” she says.
Priscilla will voice herself in the series, with this Oscar winner as Elvis.
This marks Priscilla‘s first public event since the passing of her eldest child, daughter Lisa Marie Presley, in January.
