MONSTA X’s Hyungwon And Actress Kim Ji Eun Announced As New MCs For “Inkigayo”
Another idol and actor pair!
An exclusive by SpoTVNews reported that MONSTA X‘s Hyungwon and actress Kim Ji Eun would be the new MCs for Inkigayo.
Hyungwon has experience with MCing through the show Idol Radio, and has proven his stable skills and quick thinking. He experienced a boost in popularity, especially through Lee Young Ji‘s Nothing Prepared. This will be Kim Ji Eun’s first attempt at MCing. She recently starred in hit dramas such as Again My Life and One Dollar Lawyer.
The popular music show was previously MCed by TXT‘s Yeonjun and actors Roh Jeong Eui and Seo Bum June. Yeonjun stepped down a week early to focus on his world tour with TXT, while Roh Jeong Eui and Seo Bum June finished their last episode on March 26, 2023.
