Ioan Gruffudd’s Daughter Accuses His Girlfriend Bianca Wallace of ‘Slamming a Door on Her Head’ in Restraining Order Filing
New details have been released after Ioan Gruffudd‘s 13-year-old daughter filed a restraining order against him.
Last week, it was revealed that the 49-year-old Fantastic Four actor’s daughter Ella filed a restraining order under “domestic violence protection” against him following an incident at his house.
Ella also filed a restraining order request and a civil harassment protection order against Ioan‘s girlfriend Bianca Wallace.
The alleged reasoning behind the restraining orders has now been revealed.
According to a court filing obtained by The Daily Mail, Ella claimed that Bianca, 29, “slammed a door on her head” following a heated argument at Ioan‘s house on May 26.
In the May 31 filing, Ella detailed the altercation, noting that this was the first time that she had met Bianca.
Ella claimed that she and younger sister Elsie, 9, were going to be having an “over night visit” at Ioan‘s apartment in West Hollywood and she was upset that Bianca was also there since she had told Ioan “in the past” that she did not want to meet Bianca.
Ella went on to say that she was “so upset” with Ioan that she “threw milk on his bed, poured mustard on the floor, and threw raw oatmeal on him” – prompting Ioan and Bianca to allegedly call her “manipulative,” “abusive,” and “narcissistic.”
When Ella attempted to leave, things allegedly got physical between her and Bianca, who “tried to block her” by “raising her arms.”
“I was able to make my way around her, and I opened the door,” Ella claimed in the filing. “I was able to walk halfway out the door, but while I was still in the door frame, [Bianca] slammed the door on me, causing the door to hit me on the head as well as my arm. My arm got bruised, and I had small bump on my head.”
The filing also included images of bruising on Ella‘s arm and hand, which she claims are from the alleged altercation.
Ella went on to say that she “tried to run down the stairs,” while Ioan chased after her.
“My dad caught up with me and he was trying to stop me from leaving, and trying to grab me, and I kept dodging him. I kept screaming, ‘Don’t touch me! Don’t touch me!’” Ella claimed.
Ella said that she was able to get away and that she and Elsie were able to make it outside before Ioan caught up to them.
She alleged that she “yelled at him, ‘Your girlfriend slammed a door on me!’ to which he responded, ‘No she didn’t, no she didn’t, stop lying.’”
Ella said that she was able call her nanny, who then got in contact with a family friend who allegedly picked up the girls and took them to their mother’s house, Ioan‘s estranged wife Alice Evans.
The following day, Alice, 54, allegedly saw the bruising on Ella and they reported the incident to the police.
Ella then requested a restraining order for herself and Elsie against Bianca for five years, starting that she is “afraid that [Bianca] will abuse and/or continue to allow abuse to happen to my sister too.”
The temporary restraining order has not yet been granted, but the matter will be discussed in court on June 23.
While neither Ioan and Bianca have publicly commented on the situation, the two were all smiles during a recent outing in L.A.
