Stray Kids To Perform At The VMAs For The First Time

Congratulations to Stray Kids!

On August 22, the VMAs began to announce who will be performing at the awards show this year, which will be held on September 12. Prior to the announcement, they had already been encouraging people to vote for their favorite artists to win awards in different categories, including which K-Pop artist should take home the “Best K-Pop” award.

Nominees for the category include aespa, BLACKPINK, FIFTY FIFTY, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, and TXT, so there were already some suspicions that at least one of these groups would perform at the event. And now, those suspicions have been confirmed!

Along with Demi Lovato, Karol G, and Måneskin, Stray Kids was among the first acts to be announced to perform at the 2023 VMAs!

They join BTS and BLACKPINK as the only K-Pop groups to have performed at this American music awards show, and the first fourth-generation artist to do so.

Unsurprisingly, Stray Kids’ fans are beyond excited for what is sure to be a phenomenal performance from the K-Pop group!
