She has been laying low for years now.

Kim Garam, the former controversial LE SSERAFIM member, has made a comeback to the public eye.

Garam had a short-lived idol career, which was marred by accusations of school bullying, leading to her departure from LE SSERAFIM and HYBE. Following the controversy, she completely withdrew from the limelight, except for the occasional updates about her whereabouts.

It was recently reported that Garam was preparing to return to the entertainment industry as an actress. She was also recently spotted in a Konkuk University video.

In the past few years since her departure from LE SSERAFIM, all of Garam’s life updates have mostly been vague and obtained through third parties. However, it seems that the former idol is gearing up to face the public once again by marking her return to social media.

Recently, netizens found an Instagram account seemingly belonging to Kim Garam. Though the account has no profile picture, the username “garamonly” and the profile name, “Kim Garam” are quite obvious giveaways.

In addition to these, the account also has one post containing some candid pictures of the former idol.

Though the discovery of Garam’s Instagram account happened less than 24 hours ago, she has already amassed a whopping 253,000 followers at the time of writing.

Garam’s return has been met with highly enthusiastic cheers from international fans. However, the reaction has not been that warm from domestic netizens.
