M’sian Frontliners Were Allegedly Splashed With Urine & Had Rubbish Thrown at Them By EMCO Building Residents
We can’t even begin to imagine a world without our frontliners but there are still people who do not appreciate their existence.
According to Sinar, some immigrants living in selected buildings under the Enhanced MCO has allegedly been harassing our frontliners. They do that by throwing all sorts of things at them which includes garbage and also bags of urine.
According to Sinar’s source, the frontliners patrolling these buildings include the PDRM, soldiers, Civil Defense officers, RELA ad DBKL. All of these authorities need to face this monstrosity every minute of the day as they are patrolling.
They also said that their aggression has been noticeable earlier on when the MCO has just started. It is believed that this MCO has caused dissatisfaction and probably because it was a problem for them to get food.
“During roadblocks, you only see soldiers wear their berets but when they come to these buildings, you see them wearing helmets.
“They do so because they want to protect their heads from things thrown by the residents. Someone even threw a whole garlic before but we’re not sure which unit did it.”
However, the situation right now has been getting better as the residents realise they can’t fight it and that food is provided as well.
“This is why we have to be thankful for our frontliners as they go through this every day. We hope that there will be no other places under EMCO and that everyone will just stay at home.”
Three buildings in Kuala Lumpur has been put under Enhanced Movement Control Order. The first building was Menara Plaza City One on 31st March and on 7th April, both Selangor Mansion and Malayan Mansion were put on EMCO as well.
We hope that people will be more considerate to the frontliners as they are literally out there working to help break the chain. Our job is simple and that is to stay clean and stay home!
