Make Your Brownie In A Mug In 5 Minutes | 4 Steps | No Wait Time | No Egg | No Melting Chocolate
Craving for desserts but do not want to use a lot of time to make a cake? Fear not! Brownie in a mug is the simplest chocolate dessert that will satisfy your taste buds and desire!
You can enjoy it with a spoon in the mug and there is no need to dirty a bunch of unnecessary dishes. This fudgy cocoa brownie recipe is easy to make with minimum ingredients and guarantees the perfect taste for your chocolate cravings in 5 minutes!
Ingredients
• 2.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 1.5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of granulated white sugar
• 2 tablespoons of oil (canola, vegetable or olive oil)
• 2 tablespoons of water
• 1.5 tablespoons of chopped dark chocolate
• Chocolate chips (Optional)
Instructions
1. In your mug, add and mix the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and sugar. Add in chocolate chips if you want a fudgy brownie!
2. Next, add in oil and water and mix it until batter is smooth. Make sure to break up any cocoa or flour lumps.
3. Add the chocolate to the mug and stir it with the batter. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top of the batter.
4. Microwave the mug with the batter for about 45-60 seconds. Slowly add 10 seconds if you feel it is not cooked enough.
After microwaving, the top of your brownie should have a little moisture left. Let your brownie to cool down for a few minutes. Your brownie will be ready by then.
Don’t forget to top it with ice cream, whipped cream, nuts, or anything you like! Eat the brownies when it is still warm for the best taste and enjoy the rich, moist, and fudgy chocolate brownie.
