Lil Nas X Carries A Dog Purse To WSJ. Magazine’s Innovator Awards in NYC
Lil Nas X gives his dog purse a kiss on the red carpet while arriving at the WSJ. Magazine 2021 Innovator Awards held at MOMA on Monday night (November 1) in New York City.
The 22-year-old rapper was named one of the magazine’s Innovators of the Year, and hailed as the “King of Pop”.
“I’m at the best place I’ve ever been in life, but I always feel like I’m one step away from where I want to be,” he told the magazine of his success so far.
Lil Nas X also spoke about the controversies he’s been mentioned in so far, including his openness of being gay.
“You take certain things like kissing a guy onstage: I know that’s going to be something that’s talked about. But let’s get into the root cause of why it’s being talked about.”
