Vivian Hsu Receives Apologies from Leehom Wang and Lee Jinglei

Ever since Wang Leehom (王力宏) and Lee Jinglei’s (李靚蕾) divorce was publicized, many artistes have been been dragged into the chaos. Exposing several counts of Leehom’s infidelity, Jinglei said one of his lovers was a married artiste whom he broke quarantine regulations to visit. Many immediately guessed she was Taiwanese actress Vivian Hsu (徐若瑄), who seemed to fit the profile to a tee.

Vivian quickly denied the rumors. Back in the public’s eye recently due to preparations for her upcoming concert, Vivian responded firsthand to being dragged into the Leehom and Jinglei’s divorce scandal. “Everyone knows that something happened recently, but it is in the past now. I am very courageous, but I am not the type of person who will immediately slap you back after you’ve slapped me. I only obediently issued a statement. I feel that I have properly expressed what I needed to fulfill my responsibilities to the public. The rest of it should be my [personal] life.”

Vivian admitted that she received personal apology from both Leehom. As for Jinglei, Vivian said, “[Lee Jinglei] did apologize. Her apology was insinuated, so there were no names specifically mentioned. I think that was the logical way to do it.”
