TXT’s Yeonjun Joins A Dance Crew’s “Sugar Rush Ride” Cover, And They Found Out Through Twitter
You never know when Yeonjun is watching 👀
TXT began their second world tour, ACT : SWEET MIRAGE, at the end of March, taking their new show from Korea to Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and now the U.S.
The group’s first U.S. show on their new tour was in Charlotte, North Carolina, and MOAs (TXT fans) packed Spectrum Center to welcome the TXT members.
The crowd danced along, sang along to every song, and even took the “Cat & Dog” barking to the next level, showing TXT their support.
One lucky group of fans caught TXT Yeonjun‘s attention even before the concert began.
The Charlotte-based dance crew, R3V3AL, got into the TXT spirit a few days before the concert, performing a public dance cover of the group’s latest single, “Sugar Rush Ride.”
What the dance crew didn’t know was that TXT was already in town, and they were staying in the hotel behind where R3V3AL filmed the “Sugar Rush Ride” cover.
From the hotel window, TXT’s oldest member filmed the dance crew, singing along as they performed the choreography, joining the group without them even realizing they had a special guest.
Yeonjun posted the video on the TXT members’ official Twitter, earning attention from fellow MOAs.
MOAs hoped the dance crew in the video would find Yeonjun’s tweet, and they did, sharing their excitement that the TXT member captured the sweet moment.
The dance crew responded to Yeonjun’s tweet with a viral TikTok, joking that the TXT member released their cover before they could.
They explained that they filmed the cover three days before the concert, so they had no idea the group was even in the country, let alone the hotel behind them.
MOAs couldn’t get over how the group was in Yeonjun’s camera roll, with netizens hilariously pointing out that the role of fan and idol was reversed.
Yeonjun also made a MOA couple’s day in Charlotte.
