‘White Lotus’ Star Meghann Fahy Reveals She ‘Almost Threw Up’ Before Meeting Taylor Swift

Things almost got very awkward when Meghann Fahy met Taylor Swift for the first time!

In a new interview, the 33-year-old White Lotus actress recalled meeting the 33-year-old “Lavender Haze” entertainer for the very first – and she was so nervous that she nearly got sick.

“Meeting Taylor Swift was…I couldn’t have been more starstruck,” Meghann shared with W Magazine. “I almost threw up before meeting her. I saw her from across the room, and I just started crying involuntarily. I was so embarrassed.”

Meghann went on to say that she was able to gather her composure before actually meeting Taylor, but she did shed a few tears.

“I was like, I cannot say hello to her with tears in my eyes,” Meghann recalled. “I have to pretend to be semi-normal, but I don’t think I fooled her. She put her arm around me, and she was like, ‘you’re fine.’”

While Meghann is a well-known Taylor fan, it turns out that Taylor is also a fan of Meghann’s.

“She watched [The White Lotus], which was insane,” Meghann added. “That was a true highlight for me.”
