Swifties Come Out In Force After Taylor Swift Urges Them To Register To Vote

Taylor Swift fans go hard!

In honor of National Voter Registration Day, the 33-year-old “Fearless” singer took to her Instagram Story which encouraged all who were of age to register to vote and make their voice heard in elections.

Once she did that, Vote.org got an influx of visitors and communication director Nick Morrow revealed just how many!

In her Instagram Story, Taylor wrote that she has “been so lucky to see so many of you at my US shows recently. I’ve heard you raise your voices, and I know how powerful they are.”

“Make sure you’re ready to use them in our elections this year!” she then added, with a link out to Vote.org.

After her IG Story went up, Nick then sent out a post on X (formerly Twitter) about how many Swifties heard the call.

He wrote, “Fun fact: after @taylorswift13 posted on Instagram today directing her followers to register to vote on @votedotorg, our site was averaging 13,000 users every 30 minutes.”

Nick then added, “13! Let’s just say her reputation for being a mastermind is very well-earned! #NVRD.”

This isn’t the first time Taylor has opened up about the importance of voting. She encouraged registering to vote in 2020 and the previous year, made her opinion about certain subjects known.
