Mean Netizens Say At 58, Aaron Kwok’s Latest Performance Is Like “A Toy Running Out Of Battery”

Hey, he’s almost 60. Please cut him some slack.

We thought that people would have a little more respect for Heavenly King Aaron Kwok after he turned 58 last month.

However, a recent video of Aaron decked in a silver jacket and purple trousers performing his beloved hit, ‘Can’t Stop Loving You’, has seen netizens coming out to criticise the slower and stiffer pace than what many are used to.

To be honest, the singer still looks to be in good shape and can be seen moving in sync with the music though admittedly with less nimble movements.

However, we sure don’t think he deserved the mean comments that described him as “a toy running out of battery”.

In response, many have rushed to Aaron’s defense, saying he had already performed for more than two hours by the time of this video and “unless you weren’t at the concert, you would have seen how awesome he was.”

Some even said they saw nothing wrong with his performance and said, “This is considered an elegant way to dance.”

One even crudely commented, “Don’t talk about dancing, a lot of people may leak urine at 58.”

If you ask us, people really need to cut Aaron some slack. Those same dance moves from 1992 might just look awkward if he had kept it today right?
