Zhao Liying and Feng Shaofeng File for Divorce After Less than Three Years of Marriage

Zanilia Zhao Liying and William Feng Shaofeng’s story has been full of surprises. The two stars who never confirmed the rumors surrounding them suddenly announced during Zhao Liying’s birthday on October 16, 2018 that they’ve gotten married. They confirmed the pregnancy rumors on New Year’s Day in 2019 and shared the happy news that has Zhao Liying has safely given birth to their son “Xiang Xiang (想想)” in March 2019.

On April 23, Zhao Liying and Feng Shaofeng suddenly announced their divorce. While there have been repeated divorce rumors surrounding them some of which where denied in the past, the news still comes as a surprise since the two were even spotted vacationing to Sanya together two months ago. Feng Shaofeng tagged Zhao Liying on social media to say, “The days are long, the past is very good, hope the future is even better. @ZhaoLiying.” As Netizens digest the news, April 23 has quickly become a doomsday for couples. It can be remembered that internet celebrity Grace Chow exposed her ex-bf Show Luo for cheating on the same day last year to mark one of the ugliest breakups in C-ent.

To all the friends who care for Ms. Zhao Liying and Mr. Feng Shaofeng:

After careful deliberation, Ms. Zhao Liying and Mr. Feng Shaofeng have decided to tell everyone: Ms. Zhao Liying and Mr. Feng Shaofeng have decided to breakup amicably and end their marriage. They have completed the corresponding paperwork in recent days. 

The two got together because of work, it is also because of work that they were often apart which led to their decision to go back to being friends. During their time together, they treated each other sincerely and experienced beautiful moments together. Even though they’ve chosen to part ways, the two are very thankful for the past where they have met and known each other. This is a mutual decision from both parties after careful deliberation and amicable discussion.  It has nothing to do with the rumors online nor does it have anything to do with outside influences. In the future, the two will continue to take their responsibility as parents to raise their child jointly and accompany him growing up.

With regards to this matter, we’ve briefly summed up the reasons for everyone and hope to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings or speculation that will arise from not knowing the situation that could cause a second damage to the two parties and their families.
