Beloved K-Drama Actor Ties The Knot With Non-Celebrity Wife
Park Young Woon has joined the ranks of married men.

It was belatedly revealed that actor Park Young Woon has joined the ranks of married men. According to OSEN‘s report on the May 29, 2025, Park Young Woon tied the knot with his non-celebrity bride of the same age on May 18, 2025, in a private ceremony held somewhere in Seoul.
The wedding was held privately out of consideration for the non-celebrity bride, and fellow entertainers attended to celebrate the start of Park’s new chapter in life. Without any public dating rumors, Park Young Woon went straight to marriage and has now started a family. Born in 1990, Park Young Woon debuted in the 2010 film Ear. He gained recognition for his role as Mu Seok in the 2017 MBC drama The King in Love, portraying a character who doesn’t hesitate to kill for his cause.His multifaceted performance earned critical acclaim.
Since then, he has appeared in dramas such as Bad Girl Friend, Please Send Me a Fan Letter, The Strange Director Who Only Buys Meals, Agency, The Fabulous, The Third Marriage, Branding in Seongsu-dong, and The Most Painful Kiss in the World. His film work includes The Killer: A Girl Who Deserves to Die and the theatrical version of The Strange Director Who Only Buys Meals.
Along with his marriage, Park also received an award. On May 28, he won the Best Actor Award at the 1st Asia Short-Form Drama Awards (ASDA). The ASDA, established for the first time this year in response to the growth of the global short-form content market, celebrates high-quality and buzz-worthy short-form content and performances across Asia.
Park was praised for his intense performance in a short time span as Han Jae Yoon in The Most Painful Kiss in the World, earning accolades for delivering more powerful acting because it’s short-form. Meanwhile, Park Young Woon has been showcasing a wide range of performances across various platforms since his appearance in last year’s MBC daily drama The Third Marriage.
