Jamie Foxx Recovering After Suffering ‘Medical Complication,’ Daughter Reveals

Jamie Foxx is on the road to recovery.

On Wednesday (April 12), the 55-year-old Oscar winner’s daughter Corinne Foxx took to social media to reveal that her father is recovering after experiencing a “medical complication” the day before.

“From the Foxx Family: We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday,” Corinne, 29, wrote on Instagram.

“Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” Corinne continued.

“We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers,” Corinne concluded her message. “The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, The Foxx Family.”

As of right now, Jamie‘s family hasn’t shared any other details about what kind of “medical complication” he suffered. Corinne has also turned off the comments on her post.
