Legoland Malaysia Officially Debuts Legoland Sea Life

There’s a brand new attraction happening at Legoland Malaysia y’all! Theme park visitors can now explore Legoland Sea Life.

Sea Life officially debuts today (Wednesday, 9th May 2019). “With the opening of Sea Life, we will have a complete family theme park and resort destination,” Legoland Malaysia Resort marketing director Thila Munusamy previously said.

By using the storytelling method and up-close interaction, Sea Life Malaysia hopes that families (especially the children) will be inspired to learn, love and care for the ocean and the aquatic animals.

The new exciting attraction will also house a two-storey interactive aquarium measuring 2,123m² that features over 25 display tanks with a variety of sea creatures including bala sharks, rasboras, tinfoil barbs, and many more.

In Sea Life Malaysia, visitors will get to explore:

• More than 50 attractions worldwide
• 13,000 fishes & 120 types of species
• 11 astonishing aquarium/habitat zones

Other highlights include:

• Feel the textures of coastal friends in Rookpools
• Say “Hi” to seahorse friends
• Watch the breath-taking Stingray dance
• Drop by at Amazing creations where magic happens
• Be dazzled by glowing jellies
• Explore the 180° ocean tunnel and try to spot the famous Black Tip Reef Shark
• Head over to the Malaysian Rainforest, showcasing Malaysia as one of earth’s 12 mega diversity countries.
