4 recipes to burn away all the fat you have stored after the CNY feast

After the unlimited eating during Chinese New Year, we would want to deal with the fats that we have stored around our waist in just a few days. Exercising aside, the best way to get rid of the fat is, of course, having a healthy fat-burning meal! Here are 4 recipes that can help you burn fat easily. So, don’t worry, you can eat as much as you can this Chinese New Year!

 

(A) Vinegar-braised chicken

1. Cut the chicken breast into cutlets

2. Season with 3 spoons of white vinegar, 2 spoons of sou sauce, some salt and 6 cloves of minced garlic

3. Pan-fry both sides of the chicken cutlets for a while

4. Add 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of soy sauce, some bay leaves and black pepper (sprinkle for about 15 times)

5. Add a glass of water

6. Cover the pot and let it cook

7. When the chicken is cooked, turn to medium heat for a while

8. Remove the lid and thicken the sauce with high heat

 

(B) Steamed chicken breast

1. Cut chicken breast into cutlets

2. Marinate with 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of soy sauce, some salt and black pepper

3. Store the chicken breast in the freezer for 1 hour

4. Add sliced ginger and green onions on the top

5. Steam for 15 minutes

Tips: Best to go with brown rice + soft boiled egg and salad!

 

(C) Steak with brown rice

1. Cross-cut the steak

2. Marinate both sides with black pepper and salt

3. Store it in the freezer

4. When the pan is heated, add the steak

5. Make it medium well

Tips: Eat with soft-boiled egg and brown rice

 

(D) Fried rice with salmon and green peas

1. Clean the salmon fillet

2. Season with salt for a while and pan-fry till it is cooked

3. Prepare your green peas (or diced corns and carrots)

4. Beat the egg and pour it into the heated pan

5. Add some water and salt

6. Stir-fry the egg until it is half cooked then transfer it to a plate

7. Heat the oil, add the mixture of quinoa and brown rice

8. Toss the fried rice with peas and the half-cooked egg

9 Add the salmon and stir-fry for 1 minute

 

Tip: You may add more veggie of your choice
